CAN GREEN MARKETING BE ACHIEVED? DRIVEN BY SOCIAL CAPITAL TOWARDS PRODUCT INNOVATION AND CUSTOMER ORIENTATION

Business development activities that care about the environment are certainly important for a business, and environmentally friendly have led to awareness of practice green marketing. The application marketing is not only intended better but also as competitive advantage towards performance. This study analyzes customer orientation, product innovation moderated by social capital on implementation non-culinary SMEs. Data were collected from 100 SMEs various sectors, using 5-point Likert scale questionnaire with Google media, analyzed SEM-PLS, SmartPLS tools. results show moderator in relationship between direct orientation has significant positive impact Green Marketing. Social becomes bridge exchanging information customers, be purchased, how will marketed. existence one individual an or group makes energy very growing concern environment.
